Henderson police said they were investigating a bank robbery after two suspects stole money Monday afternoon.

According to Officer Rodrigo Peña, two adult men entered a U.S. Bank on 55 South Valle Verde Drive at about 1:55 p.m. and gave notes to one of the tellers claiming they had a gun, demanding money.

The men were given an undisclosed amount of money and fled the bank on foot, Peña said. The men appear to be the same who robbed another bank in Henderson a week ago, police said.
